- Paneer – 250 gm (cubed)
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Onion (roughly chopped) – 2 medium
- Tomato (roughly chopped) – 4 medium
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Cashews – 10 to 12
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
- Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
- Salt – To taste
- Fresh coriander – for garnish
- Water – as required
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add onions and sauté until soft.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, cashews, and ginger garlic paste. Cook until tomatoes soften completely.
Step 3
Let the mixture cool, then blend into a smooth puree.
Step 4
Transfer puree back to the pan and cook with turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Step 5
Add water as needed and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 6
Add paneer cubes, fresh cream, garam masala, and kasuri methi. Mix gently.
Step 6
Cook for 2–3 minutes and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with naan or rice.
